In luxury hospitality, the most memorable experiences are often defined by what remains unspoken – an anticipated need, a discreet gesture, or the ability to make a guest feel genuinely understood. For Liliana Conde, Founder and CEO of Conde Hospitality Solutions, Lda., these moments represent the essence of exceptional service, a philosophy shaped by more than 35 years of international hospitality experience. The World Luxury Chamber of Commerce (WLCC) is honored to celebrate her second consecutive year of membership, recognizing the expertise, strategic insight, and international perspective she brings to its distinguished global community.
A luxury hospitality strategist, executive advisor, and keynote speaker, Liliana Conde advocates an approach to hospitality that extends beyond exclusivity and material refinement. Today’s discerning travelers increasingly value privacy, authenticity, personalization, and the emotional quality of their experiences. For Liliana, genuine distinction lies in making every guest feel individually recognized through service that combines intuition, discretion, and thoughtful attention.
Her philosophy centers on five defining principles of contemporary luxury: consistency, anticipation, emotional intelligence, discretion, and humanity. Together, these principles establish an approach in which a brand’s promise is reflected throughout the guest journey, individual needs are anticipated with sensitivity, and personal connections are developed without compromising professional standards. Crucially, she believes these qualities must extend beyond guest-facing interactions to become integral to leadership, organizational culture, and daily operations.
Central to her strategic perspective is the conviction that service excellence is a business strategy. Strong leadership, engaged teams, and consistent service standards influence guest satisfaction, brand reputation, talent retention, and long-term commercial performance. This philosophy guides her work through Conde Hospitality Solutions, Lda., a boutique consultancy and executive training firm specializing in luxury hospitality strategy, leadership development, service excellence, and customer experience.
Working with hotels, resorts, hospitality brands, and investors, Liliana combines strategic consulting, executive coaching, operational expertise, and tailored training to strengthen organizational performance and create distinctive guest experiences. Her advisory work also encompasses strategic positioning, internationalization, and market entry, with particular expertise in Portugal and the Iberian Peninsula.
Her professional background includes 20 years in senior hotel management, with experience at NH Hotel Group and a property associated with Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Her achievements include recognition as Best Hotel Director in the Southern Zone of NH Hotel Group. She holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management, an MBA in Organizational Happiness, and executive education in Luxury Management from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. She also contributes to the industry as a university lecturer and keynote speaker.
“It is a privilege to welcome Liliana Conde into her second year with the World Luxury Chamber of Commerce. What makes her perspective particularly valuable is her understanding that exceptional hospitality is shaped as much by leadership and organizational culture as by the guest experience itself. Liliana brings decades of practical expertise, international insight, and a clear philosophy of service that speaks to the evolving priorities of the luxury sector. We are honored to continue this professional relationship and to have her expertise represented within our global community”, said Alexander Chetchikov, President of the World Luxury Chamber of Commerce.
At the heart of Liliana Conde’s philosophy is the belief that true luxury is intentionally designed, consistently delivered, and emotionally remembered. This approach emphasizes how thoughtful leadership, attentive service, and genuine human understanding transform a brand’s promise into an experience of lasting significance.
For the World Luxury Chamber of Commerce, Liliana Conde’s continued membership reflects the caliber of professional expertise and international perspective that the Chamber seeks to bring together. Through her leadership of Conde Hospitality Solutions, Lda., she contributes an informed vision of luxury hospitality in which commercial performance and exceptional human experiences are closely connected. Her perspective offers a fitting reminder that the finest luxury may be experienced in a moment, but its true distinction lies in what remains long after.
